Venue: Agrasen Bhavan Ravinagar Square, Amravati Road
Inauguration: 11 a.m. Managers meeting after Inauguration. First round  at 4 p.m. on Sep 7, 2009. Prize distribution on Sep 15, 2009 at 4 p.m.
Entry Fees: Ordinary entry Rs.1,500. Special entry Rs5,000.  For Ex-National Women's A player Rs.2500.
Entry fee closes on August 28, 2009 at 8 p.m. 
Late fee Rs.250 upto Sep 6, 2009 till 10 a.m.
No entry fee will be entertained on Sep 7, 2009
Remittance: Entry fee shall be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Vidarbha Chess Association, Nagpur on or before August 23, upto 8 p.m. on the address of Adv. A.A. Bade, Co-Ordinator, Vidarbha Chess Association, 24-B, Pandey Layout, Khamla Road, Nagpur 440 025. Fee once paid for Entry and Registration shall not be refunded. Telephonic confirmation of entries are not accepted.
Lodging at Amdar Niwas, Civil Lines, Nagpur from 6 a.m. on Sep 7 onwards till 8 a.m. on Sep 16, 2009. No accommodation is guaranteed for entrants with late fee. No free accommodation for Special Entries. They have to pay Rs.3,000 for separate accommodation or they should make their own arrangement. Every affiliated association is entitled to field team: 1-4 players.
Eligibility: Every entrant must be AICF Registered. MCA Registration and VCA Registration are must for Maharashtra and Vidarbha players. If registered, AICF, MCA, VCA photocopy and identity card should be enclosed.
Prizes in case of tie for the first place only will be shared. However, Trophy would go to the top notcher on tie-breaking. Matches will be played under Swiss League of Eleven rounds.
