Please note that a Tax@10.1% (as per Indian Income Tax regulations) will be deducted from the prize money to be awarded to overseas players.

Note: One player will be given one (higher) prize only. 1$ (USD) = Indian Rs.40.00 approx.

Entry Fee: For GMs, WGMs, IMs, WGMs, WIMs free. Rated: 2400-2499 Rs.1500, rated 2300-2399 Rs.3,000, rated 2200-2299 Rs.3500, rated 2000-2199 Rs.4,000, rated  1800-1999 Rs.4,500, rated 1400-1799 Rs.5,000, Unrated Rs.6,000. Maximum entry for Mumbai players Rs 3,000, Maximum entry for Mumbai girls Rs.2,000. No request towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained.

Last date for entry will be April 25, 2008. Entries with late fee of Rs.500 will be accepted until May 2, 2008. Please note that this entry fee structure is valid until May 2, 2008. Entry will also be accepted at the venue till 8 p.m. on May 8, 2008 with a late fee of Rs.1,000. All players are required to sent email confirmation of entry.

Registration: AICF Registration must for all Indian players. Fee of Rs.250 will also be accepted at the venue. Accommodation: All participants will be provided free accommodation at Andheri Sports Complex on request only. The accompanying persons have to bear their own expenses. Weather: Mumbai will be slightly hot. Rules: FIDE Swiss system, 11 rounds.
